Chiao’s vision for the Elitarian Modular Luxury House fuses the pragmatism of prefabricated modularity with the aura of exclusivity. Window protections evoke a fortress-like opulence, while a minimal art mural crowns the upper level, transforming the dwelling into a paradox of accessibility and aspiration.
