Full Description:
Sketches on the idea of a hydro-thermal power plant. The device supposedly works by directly heating the water with solar heat with an array of magnifying lenses and using steam of boiling water to rotate the turbine, or using various reactions to polarize water likewise in thunderclouds and collect electric charge.
